		<description>700 psf that I thing is pretty respectful of the market's uncertainty.  It better be, b/c they've got 300 units. The Smith has sold less than 30 in eight months, and it's three blocks away.

BTW, 110 is well finished - 10-foot ceilings, island kitchens, separate stand-up showers or double sinks in every bathroom with the space for it, and many good layouts. Two Trees has a history of solid product, and I think this will be another example of that.</description>
